The CIO Think Tank (CIOTT) is a CIO community of forward-thinking CIOs…for CIOs by CIOs. No vendors, pitching or hidden agendas. Just a quiet, private forum for fellow CIOs to network, learn and share under Chatham House Rule.
Why CIO Think Tank?
The CIO community is largely splintered with many smaller, localized or industry specific CIO communities at a time when CIOs need this plus broader access to ideas and perspectives.
CIOTT is a community and think tank for CIOs to build stronger personal relationships with fellow CIOs to help them solve problems, share ideas and perspectives and grow.
Engagement Options
There are two main engagement options; a monthly CIOTT Zoom call and access to the private CIOTT group.
Monthly Call and Micro Survey
The point of the call is to build relationships within a community of CIOs that provides a forum for CIOs to share ideas and discuss issues. Additionally, if there is deep interest in a specific topic, we can either discuss it during a call or setup a separate working group on the subject where you can bring others from your team to discuss and collaborate during the working group.
The monthly 1-hour Zoom call follows a simple format of a few minutes for networking before jumping into the conversation topic. In the last few minutes of the call, CIOs determine the topic for the next call.
Prior to each call, a brief micro survey on the upcoming topic is sent to CIOs. Unlike typical surveys, the micro survey is only 5 questions, taking no more than 20-30 seconds to complete. The results will serve as the conversation starter for the upcoming call and afterwards shared with the broader CIOTT community.
Community Forum
The CIOTT online community has access to fellow forward-thinking CIOs across industries and across the globe. The community provides the space for CIOs to engage privately with other CIOs to share ideas, ask questions and engage with others.
Call to Action
If you would like to know more or submit your candidacy to join the CIOTT, reach out via the Contact page to do so. There is no cost to join the CIOTT. However, all CIOTT community members are vetted prior to their addition to the CIOTT. Once approved, members will gain access to the monthly calls and community forum.
